REFUND POLICY

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact us. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, and all return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

You are always welcome to contact us with any questions regarding returns.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-ordered products (like personalized items) and certain hygiene products (such as opened sun or skincare products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials or flammable liquids. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, bulk orders, or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders on all CocoTropez sun protection and self-tanning products are final. Customers are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price if pre-orders are not fulfilled within six weeks of the purchase date, subject to availability.
