The delivery cost is calculated at checkout based on the address provided at the time of purchase. Please ensure that the address details are correct to guarantee a smooth and timely delivery.

DELIVERY TIME:
We offer an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days, depending on the destination. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly due to location and external factors, but we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

DELIVERY OPTIONS:
Your order will be delivered to the specified address or, if available, to a convenient pick-up location of your choice. Please indicate your preferred option at checkout.

DELIVERY PREPARATION:
Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email. Standard delivery times are weekdays between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM, depending on courier availability.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR RECEIPT:
To ensure successful delivery, it is your responsibility to make sure the specified address is accessible during the delivery timeframe. If a pick-up location is chosen, please collect your order within the designated timeframe. Failure to receive the goods at the specified address or collect them on time releases us from the obligation to complete the delivery.
